Jennifer Tarrant thrives in the creative and inspiring environment afforded by the Glen Williams Glass studio, a place she founded with six other partners in 2000.

Her artistic medium, glass, creatively challenges and excites Jennifer as she actively refines her talents by developing new skills and techniques that encourage self expression.

Inspired by themes arising from her own life such as relationships, spiritual experiences and connections to those who matter most – her family, Jennifer has developed a strong body of work. Each piece emphasizes colour and functionality.

She has tried and enjoyed the experience of installation work which took her to London, England and also led to a permanent lighting installation at the Chinese Arts Centre in Manchester, England.

Jennifer is a graduate of Sheridan College’s four-year program at the school of Craft and Design. Her work is held in private collections in Japan, Egypt, England, Canada and the U.S.
