Simon FRASER MacDonald is a self taught artist working in Watercolour, Oil, Pastel and Acrylic; as well as carving totem poles.  Born in England and raised on the Alberta prairies, Simon has traveled extensively in the Canadian Arctic as well as throughout the Pacific Rim.  Over the years and the miles, with sketch books and cameras, he has captured unique views and perspectives of ordinary subjects ranging from landscapes and cityscapes, to portraits and still life.  In the past few years, his linear-styled abstracts have gained popularity with clients in Canada, the United States and Britain.
